Останавливался на три ночи в этом отеле. Находится в спокойном районе, в 7км от центра города. При отеле есть ресторан (не понравилась кухня), спортивный зал (неплохой), открытый бассейн (солнце до 12.30 только, потом тень), спа (массаж сделали неплохой). Но сам отеле старый: номер у меня был просторный люкс, но с устаревшей мебелью.
Decidimos hospedarnos en este hotel para celebrar el cumple de mi hermana, fue la mejor opción, el trato desde el principio fue vip, la atención increíble, destacando el servicio de Ana y Carlos Rangel ya que estuvieron atentos en todo momento, así como el chico de room service siempre a disposición.

Nice hotel, although a little dark and dated as is everything in Venezuela. In the centre of what is the most pleasant and safest part of Caracas, Chacao. I would like to give a top thumbs up to Alejandro on the front desk. Really nice guy, like an unpaid tour guide. Nothing too much trouble for him.
Excelente servicio y atencion . En la recepcion me atendio Alejandro muy bien indicando todos los beneficios del hotel. Hotel altamente recomendable por su ubicacion y hospitalidad. El servicio y calidad del restaurant hacen la diferencia del hotel.
